“ Fuimos a cenar a Tsubu Izakaya Japonés en Oviedo, un sitio pequeño y con una carta bastante corta, aunque con propuestas interesantes. Pedimos las Gyozas de Pitu Caleya, los Nigiri de atún, el Uramaki de salmón flambeado, el Uramaki tartar de atún y aguacate, el Uramaki de vieira con manzana y el Futomaki de tres pescados. Lo que más nos sorprendió fue el Nigiri de atún, que literalmente se deshacía como mantequilla. Todos los rolls nos parecieron ligeros y muy suaves de textura, lo que se agradece porque no resultaban pesados. Nuestro favorito fue el Uramaki tartar, aunque el de vieira también nos pareció muy original y distinto a lo que se suele encontrar en otros japoneses. El servicio fue muy atento y amable. Lo único que nos resultó un poco incómodo fue llegar a las 21:00 y estar completamente solos en el local. Al ser tan pequeño, las mesas se van llenando poco a poco y, hacia las 22:00, sí que había algo más de ambiente, pero al principio se hace raro. La cuenta fue de 82 € para dos personas, que nos pareció algo elevado teniendo en cuenta la cantidad, aunque es verdad que la calidad del producto se nota. En general, nos gustó, pero hay algunos detalles que, si se cuidan un poco más, pueden hacer que la experiencia sea más redonda. ”
“ The best sushi restaurant in Oviedo!!! The decor is gorgeous and helps give the atmosphere of the place a quiet and comfortable vibe. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The food is delicious! Try the miso soup and the gyozas! They’re amazing! We loved the uramaki de 3 pescados and the uramaki de centollo. You also have to order the tonkatsu! It’s all very very good! On to dessert; we ordered all 3 and left stuffed! You will not be disappointed!! ”
